Teacher development

My school organized a teacher development day last Friday morning. Among all the activities, I like the bible lego most. I have done some googling but can't find the instructions of the game. So let me explain briefly.
Targets:
  1. Collect the Lego pieces which are located anywhere in the room
  2. Rebuild (following the example) the model
Procedures:
  1. Form a group of even no.
  2. Half of the group members are blindfolded and half aren't.
  3. The blindfolded can talk while the 'open eyes' can't. They can't touch each others.
  4. The blindfolded rebuild the model after they have collected all the Lego pieces.
You are given 5 minutes to discuss before the game starts.

The game was fun. I am the guide. I made all kinds of sound (clap, whistle) to guide my little sheep to get all the pieces. Both the blindfolded and the guides enjoy the process.
The counsellor then told us that the game is to reveal your communication style. She told me that I am a good at communication :) for I am flexible in using different ways to achieve the goal. Happy to know/realize that I am good at that.
